- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days for delivery within India.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns
- We accept returns on unused or defective products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@punherbs.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Exchange
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a PunHerbs error or a defective product.
